Greek Revival Farmhouse

When our clients purchased this neglected farmhouse, it came with a set of restrictive conservation covenants. Working within those rules, we expanded and modernized the house while restoring and enhancing its original Greek Revival character. The new entrance portico, corner pilasters and trim give the front more presence, and an appropriately styled rear addition contains a new master suite, open and sunny kitchen, and family room.
