Project Description

Hopewell Valley Community Bank

Flemington, New Jersey

When HVC Bank decided to open a branch in Flemington, they jumped at a chance to move into the space originally built for Flemington National Bank in 1897. After 115 years of renovations, the banking hall had lost all sense of style or dignity. We redesigned the space, centered on the 1950’s stainless steel vault. Pickell Architecture selected the paint colors and carpet, and designed the lighting, woodwork, trim, teller-stations, and custom furniture. We redesigned the bank’s exterior to match our earlier restoration of the rest of this landmark building.
